習近平訪美前 陸美暗指雙邊關係緊張

（法新社北京28日電） 中國大陸國家主席習近平將前往華府進行國事訪問，今天美國國家安全顧問萊斯和中國大陸外交政策首席官員楊潔篪暗暗提及使雙方立場分歧的緊張關係。

大陸國務委員楊潔篪和萊斯（Susan Rice）表示，雙方正在氣候變遷和兩軍關係等方面進行合作。

萊斯在與楊潔篪會談開始時說：「在我們一直都能坦誠商討彼此歧見的同時，我們也都了解，歧見必須有效化解。」稍後萊斯將會見習近平。

她說，習近平下月訪美是「雙方加強並加深合作以建設性地攜手化解歧見的1個劃時代機會」。

楊潔篪則說，雙方將就「伊朗和北韓核武問題」、氣候變遷以及「地區權利和利益」等問題保持密切溝通。
